Lighting Warranty & Returns
Two-year Limited Warranty
If the Ind-Sweep lighting product is found to be defective during the warranty period it will be replaced free of charge.
The warranty does not cover: damage
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
To make a warranty claim we require to contact us warranty@indi-sweep.co.uk below giving full details of the fault you have experienced together with images of the faulty product and proof of purchase.
On receipt of your completed claim we will endeavour to process it within 10 working days.
Should we require any further information to process your claim we will contact you. If we accept the claim a replacement product will be sent to you automatically by 1st Class Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery depending on the value of the item.
We will strive to get the replacement product to you as quickly as possible. The faulty product will need to be sent back to us or you will be charged .
